Here's your chance to own a piece of Peru's history! The former Knights of Columbus building was home to many special events throughout the years and is now ready for a new chapter. Two large rooms anchor the front and back of the building, each with its own bar area. The front meeting room has a large brick faced fireplace and several large nearly floor to ceiling windows. The back meeting room is the largest space and has multiple exit doors and plenty of wide open space. Between the two large rooms runs a hallway with the men's room and ladies' room plus storage rooms, & utility room. There is a back hallway at the far end of the hallway that connects the two large rooms on the east side of the building where the kitchen area is located. The main entrance is on the west side of the building and has a double door entrance which keeps the weather out of the building. Large attic space has great storage potential and is accessible from a metal ladder located in the central storage room.
